Job summary

Customized Guard Services & Systems in Los Angeles is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to greet tenants, guests and visitors, provide directions and assistance, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will monitor access, verify IDs, log visitors, coordinate with security and maintenance, respond to emergencies, and relay updates to building occupants.

This role requires a Guard Card and offers weekly pay, uniforms, and access to our dedicated app.

Qualifications

• Guard Card required.
• Experience in customer-facing security roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and crisis management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, guests and visitors warmly and provide directions and information about building amenities and surrounding areas.
• Monitor and control access to the building, verify identifications, and issue visitor passes as needed.
• Maintain a visitor log and manage guest check-ins/check-outs.
• Collaborate with security personnel and building management to ensure safety and smooth operations.
• Relate important updates to tenants and guests and coordinate with maintenance staff for lobby upkeep and safety.
