Job summary

Customizedguardservices is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to greet tenants, guests, and visitors in a commercial high‑rise. You will provide directions, assist with building amenities, and address inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll monitor access, verify IDs, issue visitor passes, and maintain logs. You will coordinate with security and maintenance teams to keep the lobby safe, clean, and well‑maintained, serving as a key liaison for building operations.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet tenants, guests, and visitors upon arrival.
• Provide directions, information, and assistance regarding building amenities, services, and surrounding areas.
• Address and resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter.
• Verify identification and issue visitor passes as necessary.
• Maintain a visitor log and manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Conduct regular surveillance of the lobby area and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Collaborate with security personnel to ensure the safety of the building and its occupants.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or evacuations, and assist as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between building management, security, and tenants.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Relay important information or updates to tenants and guests as required.
• Ensure the lobby area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
• Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to address any issues or concerns.
• Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
