Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Lobby Ambassador in Los Angeles, CA. You will provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors, patrol assigned areas, and maintain a welcoming environment in a premier commercial real estate location.

The role requires unarmed security duties, adaptability to shift schedules, and compliance with site procedures. A valid license and background screen are part of the employment process.

Qualifications

• 6 months of security-related experience required.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• License requirements depend on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients at a commercial real estate location while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and entrances to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unauthorized access or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, documenting activities per site procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation for leadership.
