Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Lobby Ambassador in Los Angeles, CA. You will protect a premier commercial real estate location, deliver customer service to tenants and visitors, and maintain a welcoming environment.

The role involves monitoring access points, patrolling interiors and exteriors, and responding to incidents with calm, professional poise. A valid license is preferred; high school diploma required; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Possess a state/city license preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• 18 years of age or older for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, grounds, and entrances.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site procedures; report unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document activities per site procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and communicate observations to leadership.
