Customized Guard Services & Systems (CGSS) is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to welcome tenants and visitors, manage access, and support safety within a high-rise lobby in Los Angeles. You will liaise with building management and security teams, providing clear information and timely responses to inquiries.

The role emphasizes customer service, vigilant access control, and quick, calm responses to emergencies. Guard Card certification is required to qualify for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting tenants and guests with professionalism.
• Ability to monitor access and verify ID as needed.
• Capable of responding effectively to emergencies.
• Strong communication with team and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, guests, and visitors and provide assistance.
• Monitor and control building access, issue visitor passes when required.
• Maintain a visitor log and manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Collaborate with security to ensure lobby safety and report issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep the lobby clean and safe.
