Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring for a Lobby Attendant at the Hotel Indigo Cleveland Gateway. You will help maintain public spaces and support room attendants, delivering a memorable guest experience with attention to detail.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stand on your feet for extended periods. Compensation starts at $16.00 per hour and the employer values diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.

Responsabilités

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to accomplish hotel cleanliness goals.
• Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect bags, trash and soiled linen.
• Pickup clean linen and refill linen stock on each floor.
• Ensure cleanliness of all public areas including bathrooms and lounges.
• Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during deep cleaning.
• Clean all public areas following SOPs.
• Respond to guests and team members in a friendly, helpful manner.
