Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, personalized experience.
• Ensure a memorable first impression and assist with luggage as needed.
• Escort guests from arrival to check-in and to their rooms, explaining amenities.
• Lead and mentor bell attendants to deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate with management on events that impact arrivals or departures.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a spotless, organized lobby area.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and exceed guest expectations.
