To clean and maintain all public restrooms and public areas in impeccable condition to achieve company standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor as needed.

1. Self-starting personality with an even disposition to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and the community.
2. Be familiar with and adhere to Legacy Ventures Service standards as outlined in the Blueprint and other policies/rules of conduct, including personal appearance/grooming, attendance, and safe/efficient operations.
3. Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents, and floors with cleaning agents for all public restrooms.
4. Thoroughly dust all furniture, pictures, and shelves, extending arms over head, bending, and stooping as needed for all public spaces.
5. Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.
6. Replenish supplies for the business center and other areas as needed.
7. Clean corridors and stairways; vacuum rugs, carpets, and upkeep upholstered furniture and draperies.
8. Dust furniture. Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork. Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
9. Empty wastebaskets, transport trash, and waste to disposal area.
10. Remove items left behind from public areas and take to lost and found with proper documentation.
11. Report maintenance-related problems to the maintenance department through proper communication channels.
12. Possess thorough knowledge of all in-house information, events, and local area information to assist guests when needed.
13. Accept customer problems brought to their attention and do everything possible to resolve them.
14. Maintain storerooms in a clean, neat, and organized manner.
15. Greet each guest pleasantly and interact positively and professionally with internal and external customers.
16. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
17. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
