Job description

We are hiring a Hotel Lobby Attendant for a full-time position. Candidates must have availability to work weekdays and weekends and possess a minimum of 6 months' experience in cleaning public areas.

Housekeeping is ideal for individuals who enjoy cleaning, staying active, making customers happy, and working independently. At Concord Hospitality, we value and respect our team members, fostering a positive company culture.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain overall cleanliness of lobby areas, including glass doors, registration desk, and vacuuming.
2. Clean and restock public restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors.
3. Replenish supplies and clean the pool area, including glass doors and tables.
4. Clean exercise room mirrors and equipment, take out trash, and vacuum.
5. Water flowers outside the hotel (if applicable).
6. Clean guest laundry area, assist with laundry as needed.
7. Perform general cleaning of offices, front desk, and break room.
8. Clean associate bathrooms and replenish supplies.
9. Communicate suite status changes to the front desk.
10. Assist the Chief Engineer with guest complaints related to maintenance.
11. Deliver amenities to suites and record deliveries in logs.
12. Know hotel emergency procedures.
13. Handle guest requests courteously.
14. Perform pool and spa maintenance according to standards and regulations.
