To clean and maintain all public restrooms and public areas in impeccable condition to achieve company standards of cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned by a supervisor as needed.
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and the community.
- Be familiar with and adhere to Legacy Ventures Service standards as outlined in the Blueprint and other policies/rules of conduct, including personal appearance/grooming, attendance, and safe/efficient operations.
- Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents, and floors with appropriate cleaning agents for all public restrooms.
- Thoroughly dust all furniture, pictures, and shelves, reaching overhead and bending as needed for all public spaces.
- Follow cleaning procedures and instructions for the use of cleaning agents.
- Replenish supplies for the business center and other areas as needed.
- Clean corridors and stairways; vacuum rugs, carpets, and maintain upholstered furniture and draperies.
- Dust furniture, wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork, and clean windows, door panels, and sills.
- Empty wastebaskets, transport trash to disposal areas.
- Remove items left behind in public areas and take them to lost and found with proper documentation.
- Report maintenance issues to the maintenance department through proper channels.
- Possess knowledge of all in-house information, events, and local area information to assist guests.
- Handle customer problems professionally and resolve issues to the best of their ability.
- Maintain storerooms in a clean, neat, and organized manner.
- Greet each guest pleasantly and interact positively and professionally with internal and external customers.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
