Serving as a cornerstone of northern Atlanta’s newest mixed-used community, the Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta is the official hotel of the Atlanta Braves, located within steps of SunTrust Park, premier office spaces, the Coca-Cola Roxy music venue, and various shopping and dining options.

Our luxury hotel features 16 floors with 264 rooms, including 28 suites, over 20,000 square feet of meeting space, and can accommodate business travelers, families, and everyone in-between. Job Description

To service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas, including public and associate restrooms, lobbies, and executive offices, in accordance with Omni standards.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure that hotel lobbies are serviced throughout the day.
2. Service all public restrooms in lobby, lower lobby, and pool areas.
3. Maintain cleanliness of executive offices.
4. Service both men's and ladies' associate locker rooms.
5. Maintain cleanliness of lobby and lower lobby pre-function space.
6. Keep lobby balconies neat and clean at all times.
7. Ensure the main guest entrance is neat and clean at all times.
8. Maintain floral arrangements and plants, ensuring no debris in planters.
9. Keep all ash urns throughout the property neat and clean.
10. Maintain water fountains and phone stations in a clean and neat condition.
11. Service guest and associate elevators.
12. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
13. Complete any assigned special projects.
14. Report maintenance issues or concerns promptly.
