Job summary

State College Toftrees Resort is seeking a hotel housekeeping associate to clean public areas, assist guests, and uphold our established standards of cleanliness. You will report maintenance issues and respond to guest requests, ensuring privacy and security throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include flexible scheduling (weekends/holidays), handling guest complaints with courtesy, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
