Qualifications

• Answer inquiries, interpret policies, and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming lobby environment in collaboration with security.
• Prepare routine documents and correspondence using PC software.
• Assist volunteers and staff with information desk activities and processes.
