Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Lobby Concierge to greet employees, visitors and vendors in the main lobby, representing the company brand with a professional demeanor. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and adherence to site policies.

You will support quick response to employee, security and facilities needs while using the Visitor Management System to ensure a smooth check-in process and a positive first impression of the client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Professional customer service and concierge experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Korean (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Welcome employees, visitors, and guests to campus.
• Effectively utilize the Visitor Management System (VMS) for smooth check-in.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with each individual.
