Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Lobby Concierge to greet employees and visitors and safeguard clients across various sectors. The role emphasizes professional presentation, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic lobby environment.

You will support quick responses to employee and facilities needs, conduct site patrols, and utilize the Visitor Management System to ensure smooth check-ins while maintaining a secure, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security experience.
• Strong customer service and concierge background preferred.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and adhere to site safety procedures and policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular patrols around the client site and perimeter.
• Welcome employees, visitors, and guests to the campus or building.
• Use Visitor Management System (VMS) to manage check-ins efficiently.
