Job summary

Allied Universal in Ohio is hiring Corporate Concierges to greet employees, visitors, and guests, and to uphold the company brand in the main lobby. You will provide customer service, follow security procedures, and respond to incidents in a calm, professional manner.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Salary is $20 per hour, weekly pay, and full-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law; drug screen may be required.
• Possess or obtain state-required security certification (Guard Card) where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and guests while following site policies and safety procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the site and perimeter.
• Welcome employees, visitors, and guests to the campus or building.
• Assist with smooth check-in using the Visitor Management System (VMS).
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with individuals.
