Customized Guard Services is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to welcome tenants, guests, and visitors in a commercial high-rise. You will assist with directions, building information, and guest check-ins while maintaining a secure and friendly lobby environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, collaborating with security, handling inquiries, and keeping the lobby clean and well-maintained. This on-site role emphasizes customer service and safety in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, guests and visitors upon arrival.
• Provide directions and information about building amenities and surrounding areas.
• Address inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and courteously.
• Monitor and control access to the building; verify IDs and issue visitor passes.
• Maintain a visitor log and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Observe lobby security and report any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
• Collaborate with security personnel to ensure occupant safety.
• Respond to emergencies (fire alarms, medical incidents, evacuations) as needed.
• Serve as liaison between management, security and tenants.
• Communicate updates to tenants and guests as required.
• Keep lobby clean, tidy, and well-maintained; coordinate with cleaning staff.
