Job summary

Customized Guard Services is seeking a friendly Lobby Ambassador to welcome tenants, guests and visitors entering a modern high-rise in Culver City.

You will create a warm first impression, assist with directions and amenities, and help enforce building safety procedures.

Duties include monitoring access, verifying IDs, logging visitors, and coordinating with security and maintenance to keep the lobby safe, clean and efficient.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, guests and visitors upon arrival.
• Provide directions and information about amenities and services.
• Address inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Monitor and control access; verify IDs; issue visitor passes.
• Maintain a visitor log and manage check-ins/outs.
• Collaborate with security personnel to ensure safety.
• Respond to emergencies and assist as needed.
• Liaise between management, security and tenants.
• Relay updates to tenants and guests as required.
• Keep the lobby clean and well-maintained; coordinate with maintenance.
