Customized Guard Services & Systems (CGSS) is seeking a Lobby Ambassador for a high-rise in Pacific Palisades, CA. You will greet tenants and visitors, provide directions, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure and welcoming lobby environment.

You will coordinate with building management, security, and maintenance teams, manage access and visitor logs, and respond promptly to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Greeting tenants, guests, and visitors upon arrival.
• Monitor and control access to the building, verify IDs and issue passes.
• Conduct surveillance and report security breaches; assist during emergencies.
