Job summary

Rivers Casino in Philadelphia is seeking a Bell Services Attendant to provide a high level of guest service at the hotel front entrance and lobby. You will greet guests, assist with information, arrange transportation, and help with luggage and room orientation.

You will also deliver items to rooms, ensure clean and welcoming public spaces, and adhere to safety policies while supporting team members across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous guest service/front door or bell experience preferred.
• Good English communication required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with positive demeanor per policy.
• Assist guests with hotel amenities, hours, and attractions.
• Arrange transportation for guests and record requests.
• Orient guests to rooms and services.
• Handle guest luggage and storage.
• Deliver items to guest rooms on request.
• Transport passengers in company vehicles safely.
• Follow safety, policies, and report incidents.
