Job summary

Rivers Casino Philadelphia is seeking a Custodian/Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming environment in all public areas, suites and back-of-house spaces.

You will clean floors, fixtures, restrooms and common areas, handle trash, replenish supplies, and report maintenance needs while following safety standards. Must be 18+, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work flexible shifts including holidays. Excellent guest service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Six months related experience or training preferred
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Advanced knowledge of building systems technology required
• Flexibility to work shifts including holidays
• Must obtain and maintain licensing as required

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, surfaces, windows and vents
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms and other work areas
• Sweep, scrub, wax and polish floors
• Dust furniture and equipment
• Polish metalwork; wash walls and woodwork
• Wash windows and door panels; maintain cleanliness of restrooms
• Empty trash and dispose of waste materials
• Transport trash and recyclables to disposal area
• Replenish bathroom supplies; move small equipment between departments
• Other duties as assigned
