Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be able to work flexible shifts weekends and holidays.
• Ability to speak an Asian language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, determines seating location, and provides menus.
• Answers phone and takes reservations.
• Refers difficult guest complaints to management.
• Keeps abreast of casino promotions to respond to inquiries.
• Monitors guest alcohol consumption according to guidelines.
