Job summary

Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated Guest Service / Valet Associate to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide transportation arrangements throughout the property. You will open doors, provide directions, and ensure a high standard of service in a luxury environment.

Candidates should be at least 21, possess a valid drivers license, and have strong English communication skills. Prior guest service experience is preferred; excellent teamwork and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must have a valid drivers license and be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous guest service/front door or bell service experience in a luxury property preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive demeanor and adhere to the 10-5 rule.
• Open doors and assist guests entering/leaving property.
• Assist guests with luggage, requests, and directions.
• Coordinate transportation for guests (taxi, shuttle, limousine) and record requests.
• Explain room features and hotel amenities; perform daily room/valet duties as assigned.
• Maintain uniform, professional appearance, and follow all policies.
• Move efficiently to respond to work situations and handle multiple tasks.
