Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Advanced knowledge of building systems technology.
• Flexible shifts and days including holidays; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, TVs, marble surfaces, windows, trim, ceiling vents and fans.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, escalators, offices and other work areas.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floor.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstery, and draperies.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Polish metalwork.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Wash windows, panels, sills.
• Empty wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays; transport trash and recyclables to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies.
• Transport small equipment between departments.
• Other duties may be assigned.
