Job summary

Eurest is hiring a Lobby Attendant to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff at a hospital setting. You will assist visitors, coordinate transportation, and serve as a liaison to hospital staff.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them to destinations, and maintaining a clean front desk area while ensuring safety and proper escalation when needed. Training may be provided for CPR/BLS as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service / front desk position.
• Phone and computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
• Able to navigate to/from various locations within the facility.
• Able to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
• Physical ability for frequent walking/standing and lifting tasks.
• May be required to complete CPR or BLS training.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and acknowledges all guests.
• Anticipates and addresses guests' needs.
• Assists guests with concierge requests and directions.
• Escorts high-touch clients to meeting destinations.
• Promotes teamwork and service quality across departments.
