Responsibilities

• Public Area Cleaning & Maintenance: clean lobby, entrances, hallways, elevators; vacuum, mop, polish surfaces.
• Restroom & Supply Maintenance: clean/restock public restrooms; ensure hygiene standards.
• Lobby Presentation & Organization: arrange furniture, decor, magazines; maintain welcoming lobby.
• Guest Assistance & Service Support: aid guests, provide directions, assist with light luggage.
• Safety, Reporting & Compliance: report hazards; follow safety procedures and policies.
