Flik Hospitality Group seeks a Lobby Receptionist to establish a warm, professional atmosphere for clients, executives and staff. You will be the first contact, greeting visitors, directing them to meetings, and assisting during their stay.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, enforcing security policies, managing the visitor system, and coordinating with internal teams. A strong hospitality mindset and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a public environment.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and coordinate with security, directing them to appointments.
• Answer phones professionally, take messages and transfer calls.
• Enforce established security policies for visitors and contractors.
• Maintain the internal visitor processing system and register guest activity.
• Assist with way-finding and provide amenities as needed.
• Coordinate car service requests for visitors and staff.
• Communicate requests to internal support departments (maintenance, IT, AV, mail).
• Support coverage in other locations and submit daily reports.
