Responsibilities

• Overall lobby cleanliness; wipe glass doors, registration desk, and vacuum.
• Clean restrooms: sinks, toilets, floors; replenish supplies.
• Pool area: clean, trash removal, glass doors, table surfaces; check water and bromine levels.
• Exercise room: clean mirrors and equipment; remove trash; vacuum.
• Water outdoor plants around the hotel as applicable.
• Guest laundry: clean washer/dryer area; manage laundry tasks as needed.
• Assist with heavy laundry when required.
• General cleaning of offices and front desk areas.
• Clean associate break room.
• Bathroom cleaning for associates area; replenish toilet paper and towels.
• Communicate changes in suite status with the Front Desk.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with guest maintenance complaints.
• Deliver cribs, roll-away beds and related items; log deliveries.
• Know hotel emergency procedures.
• Accommodate guest special requests courteously.
• Answer guest questions about Residence Inn and local area facilities and services.
• Ensure pool/spa maintenance per manufacturer specs and local health regulations.
