Job summary

Rivers Casino Philadelphia is seeking a friendly Guest Services Bell attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with directions, and coordinate transportation as needed. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in guest service or front-door/bell service preferred
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting Rivers Casino insurance policy requirements
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations for safe vehicle operation
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work with team members and guests
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with positive body language and a friendly demeanor.
• Assist guests upon arrival and provide information about hotel amenities, services, operating hours, and local attractions.
• Arrange transportation for guests/visitors and record advance transportation requests.
• Orient guests to rooms by explaining key features and available amenities.
• Handle guest luggage and manage secure luggage storage and retrieval.
• Deliver items to guest rooms upon request and provide additional amenities as needed.
• Safely transporting passengers on demand in designated company vehicles, including a shuttle bus, and ensuring vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
• Follow traffic laws, assist guests with entry/exit, and communicate with dispatch; perform pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow all company policies and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Ensure lobby, elevator banks, and front entry remain clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain presence in the hotel lobby and support front-entry upkeep.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Physical demands: vision, hearing, manual dexterity; occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
