Job summary

Omni Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, NH, is seeking a hotel floors maintenance role to service and maintain floors across lobbies, dining areas, public spaces, and restrooms, ensuring cleanliness to Omni standards.

The role includes vacuuming, carpet care, outdoor veranda and pool area cleaning, and support for events. Candidates must be able to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends, and endure extreme temperatures and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning hotel floors and public areas.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures indoors/outdoors.
• Ability to handle hazardous chemicals safely.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain lobby, public areas, and restrooms floors.
• Clean floors in F&B outlets and guest areas.
• Maintain pool and veranda areas floors.
• Vacuum and clean lobby lounges, corridors, and guestrooms.
• Work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Ensure cleanliness after events; assist with setup.
• Assist with cleaning staff dorms.
• Work outside in extreme weather when servicing pool area.

Overview

To service and maintain the maintenance and upkeep of all floors within the hotel in accordance with Omni Standards.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that the hotel lobbies are serviced throughout the week.
• To ensure all areas of F&B Outlets floors are cared for.
• To ensure the floors are cared for in public areas and restrooms.
• To service the Fitness Center/ Indoor Pool and Outdoor Pool area floors & restrooms.
• To service the outdoor pool/cabana area by cleaning the restrooms, public areas, trash removal, and ensuring the floors are well kept and free of debris.
• All lobby area corridors and staircases are kept debris free at all times.
• To service Executive Committee offices on a weekly basis.
• Keep Dining Room carpets clean.
• Vacuum and clean all lobby lounges and areas as well as guestrooms and guestroom corridors.
• Able to work flexible shifts as well as holidays and weekends.
• Keep veranda clean and swept daily.
• Clean function rooms after an event is completed and set-up has cleared the furniture from the meeting room.
• Assist with cleaning the men’s dorms
• Be comfortable working outside in extreme weather conditions when servicing the pool/cabana area.

Qualifications

• Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
• Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
• Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.
