Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Bretton Woods, NH is seeking a hotel housekeeping/maintenance professional responsible for cleaning floors across lobbies, outlets, guest areas, restrooms, and pool areas to Omni Standards.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays, physical endurance to work outdoors in all weather, and careful attention to safety when handling cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

• Interior of hotel, exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
• Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
• Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• To service and maintain the floors across hotel lobbies, F&B outlets, public areas, restrooms and pool areas according to Omni Standards.
• To keep lobby corridors and staircases debris-free at all times.
• To service executive offices weekly and assist with cleaning dining rooms, guestrooms and other areas as required.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends, and perform outdoor cleaning in all weather conditions.

Job description

Overview

To service and maintain the maintenance and upkeep of all floors within the hotel in accordance with Omni Standards.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that the hotel lobbies are serviced throughout the week.
• To ensure all areas of F&B Outlet floors are cared for.
• To ensure the floors are cared for in public areas and restrooms.
• To service the Fitness Center/Indoor Pool and Outdoor Pool area floors & restrooms.
• To service the outdoor pool/cabana area by cleaning the restrooms, public areas, trash removal, and ensuring the floors are well kept and free of debris.
• All lobby area corridors and staircases are kept debris free at all times.
• To service Executive Committee offices on a weekly basis.
• Keep Dining Room carpets clean.
• Vacuum and clean all lobby lounges and areas as well as guestrooms and guestroom corridors.
• Able to work flexible shifts as well as holidays and weekends.
• Keep veranda clean and swept daily.
• Clean function rooms after an event is completed and set‑up has cleared the furniture from the meeting room.
• Assist with cleaning the men’s dorms.
• Be comfortable working outside in extreme weather conditions when servicing the pool/cabana area.
