Job summary

Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, invites applications for a maintenance/engineering role within the resort enviro nment. The position covers maintaining guest rooms and public areas, assisting engineers, and following Omni fire alarm procedures and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all mechanical items in guest rooms and public areas.
• Receive direction for house calls via phone or radio.
• Assist engineers and mechanics with repairs.
• Clean all work areas after completing job.
• Fill out Daily Work form.
• Understand Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
• Understand Omni Hotel rules and regulations.
• Maintain all mechanicals property wide.
• Know all aspects of the Engineering dept.
• Maintain property pools as directed by CPO.
• Complete special projects as assigned by Supervisor.

• Special projects as assigned by Supervisor.

Working Environment:

• Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
• Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
• Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.

Qualifications:

• Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
