Qualifications

• 3+ years in damage and liability process control with check-in/out inspections.
• 3+ years in telematics and asset tracking using GPS dashboards.
• 3+ years in dealer management systems and loaner software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealerware, TSD).
• 3+ years in scale management with 60+ vehicles.
• 3+ years in fleet logistics or rental management.
• 3+ years in automotive dealership operations and service department workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch, tracking, and coordination of a 60+ vehicle loaner fleet across two service locations.
• Maintain compliance with operational processes and vehicle auditing standards.
• Partner with leadership to evolve the loaner program into a customer pick-up and delivery service for maintenance and repairs.
• Enforce thorough documentation for check-outs, maintenance schedules, inspections, and damage accountability.
• Identify efficiency gains and scalability opportunities for future dealership service operations.
