Job summary

Schomp BMW in Highlands Ranch, CO is hiring a Loaner Agent for full-time, hourly pay of $18–$20. Start date and closing date are on file. You will manage loaner vehicles, contracts, and vehicle deliveries, while supporting the service team and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Coordinate loaner/rental vehicle operations and guest handling
• Attention to detail in contracts and documentation
• Effective communication with service team and customers

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loaner/rental cars to clients in a courteous and prompt manner
• Complete loaner/rental contracts thoroughly and accurately
• Provide a great delivery of the vehicle, including operation and accessories explanations
• Assist in maintaining inventory of loaner/rental vehicles
• Answer and route service calls
• Stage cars for delivery to customers
• Coordinate with Service Valets on gas in loaner vehicle and car wash
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify current registration
