Job summary

Pohanka Lexus in Northern Virginia is seeking a Service Loaner Assistant to support the Loaner Manager in delivering top-notch service and keeping our loaner fleet well-maintained and efficiently utilized.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle tasks independently with initiative and reliability, ensuring smooth check-in, inspections, and coordination of daily loaner car assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record.
• Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear.

Responsibilities

• Assist Loaner Car Manager with daily responsibilities
• Greet guests with a smile and check-in loaner vehicles
• Assist clients with meeting their service advisor for a smooth checkout
• Make sure all agreements are signed, vehicles are inspected, and outstanding balances are charged correctly
• Note any damage on loaner vehicles and track their repairs, keeping everyone informed
• Coordinate the daily loaner car assignments
• Ensure vehicles are prepped, checked, and ready for service appointments
