Responsibilities

• Accurately book and maintain loan data in core systems with audit-ready records.
• Support compliance with lending laws and assist audits and regulatory reporting.
• Process servicing changes, advances, payoffs, and account maintenance for all loan types.
• Provide support to lending staff and collaborate with internal/external partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen controls.
• Perform data verification and quality control throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Image, retain, and release loan documentation.
• Assist with cross-training and shared responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
