Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• Two-year degree or equivalent education or training.
• Good communication skills; 10-key calculator and keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Approve or deny a variety of consumer loan applications with loan authority.
• Process, loan decisioning and post-closing handling of underwriter functions.
• Provide information on products and services per policies and regulations.
• Counteroffer loans as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of internal trends regarding delinquencies, charge-offs, and loan volumes.
