Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, and account questions.
• Process payments and update accounts in company systems.
• Maintain accurate, compliant records and fulfill regulatory requirements.
