World Acceptance Corporation in Metairie, LA is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage collections, and assist customers with tax and financial needs. You will perform daily outbound calls, meet customers in person, and help close loans while keeping accounts current in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to perform all required bank runs and transport deposits

Responsabilités

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare tax returns and assist customers with tax questions per policy.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, and account questions.
