World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative in a fast-paced, in-person role in Sumter, SC. You will drive loan sales, handle collections, and assist with tax preparation, while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring accurate records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities for additional financial products.
• Prepare tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions.
