Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and meet goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate data entry and basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, follow-up, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell financial products.
• Prepare tax returns and assist customers with tax questions in line with policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, and payments.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax documentation; document all activity.
• Maintain accurate records and timely credit denial letters and tax documents.
• Handle cash and balance deposits; perform bank runs as required.
