The role requires daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and meeting performance targets across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service or collections with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, record updates, and document activity in company systems.
