Job summary

World Finance Corporation of Louisiana is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage collections, and assist customers with tax services. This office-based role requires persistent outreach, accurate record-keeping, and strong communication to meet performance targets.

You will work closely with customers in person and over the phone, balancing sales, collections, and tax-related tasks in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts, securing payments and setting arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, and payments.
• Process payments, updates, and documentation; maintain accurate records.
