World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax returns and financial services. This role involves daily outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and meeting performance targets across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and requesting the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business development.
• Manage delinquent accounts and set payment arrangements to secure payments.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and account questions.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
