Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services and payments. The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and achieving performance targets across multiple functions.

Compensation includes $16-$17 per hour plus performance-based bonuses, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs, including transporting deposits.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls for collections and new business.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, and payments.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax-related documentation.
