Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to Lending Officers.
• Answer and direct calls and emails; greet clients.
• Prepare and verify loan documents.
• Post new loans on SilverLake and GL tickets.
• Maintain loan records on SilverLake and Synergy.
• Process payments and disbursements per policy.
• Review credit files to update UCC/EFS filings.
• Research discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
• Review prior days loan input for corrections.
• Other duties as assigned.
