Responsibilities

• Provide loan support for lenders, processing Laser Pro and Encompass documents and disbursing funds.
• Process consumer loan payments, telephone transfers and payoffs for titled and unsecured loans.
• Handle customer inquiries, direct staff to resources, and provide courteous service.
• Sort and distribute mail and loan notices, assist with filing and record-keeping.
• Provide notary support for lenders and customers.
• Perform data entry and process board consumer loans and changes in terms.
