Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and efficient customer service; respond to inquiries in person, by mail, email, or phone.
• Prepare standard loan and lease reports; process new, renewed or modified loan documents.
• Close loans, disburse funds, maintain loan files and send collateral documents for booking.
• Prepare correspondence, clear documentation exceptions, mail payment notices, and perform clerical duties.
• Schedule meetings; reconcile bank-controlled accounts for insurance proceeds; handle other assigned tasks.
• Maintain safety and security of team, customers, and the Bank; follow security policies and training; flag suspicious emails.
