Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred in a banking setting.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately following written and oral instructions.
• Proficient with keyboarding and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial loan officer with new loan applicants and gather initial documentation.
• Prepare documents for loan packets including SBA, RBS, and other programs for closings.
• Assist lender with loan closings and on-site customer support during business hours.
• Track collateral and manage customer portfolio follow-up items.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan programs, regulations, and documentation.
