Job summary

Veterans United Home Loans is seeking a Loan Specialist to be the first contact for Veterans and Active Duty Service Members navigating the VA loan process. About the Role

As a Loan Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for Veterans and Active Duty Service Members navigating the VA loan process. Licensing & Growth Opportunities

You don’t need to be licensed before applying, but you must be licensed prior to starting. We reimburse licensing costs after 6 months of employment. This role is designed to prepare you for future opportunities to transition into a Loan Officer position.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, but keep in mind that this is a commissioned role. Commissions will be based on the volume (dollar amount) of loans closed. We estimate that this position has an annual gross income potential of between $50,000 and $100,000, taking into account base pay, commissions, deductions, and bonuses. Pay will vary and may be above or below the potential range based on factors such as experience and performance.
