As a Loan Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for Veterans and Active Duty Service Members navigating the VA loan process. You’ll work closely with Loan Officers, educating borrowers on the process, gathering documentation, and guiding them toward homeownership. This role is also a launchpad into a future Loan Officer career for those who are ambitious, energetic, and motivated.
You don’t need to be licensed before applying, but you must be licensed prior to starting. We reimburse licensing costs after 6 months of employment. This role is designed to prepare you for future opportunities to transition into a Loan Officer position.

The base pay range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, but keep in mind that this is a commissioned role. Commissions will be based on the volume (dollar amount) of loans closed. We estimate that this position has an annual gross income potential of between $50,000 and $100,000, taking into account base pay, commissions, deductions, and bonuses. Pay will vary and may be above or below the potential range based on factors such as experience and performance.
